ARX 300 / 600

ARX 300/600 are control and view-synchronized automation engines for
Rexcan III 3D scanners.

Their manipulators are capable 4 axis movements along preset scan paths.
ARX 300 is for small parts up to 300mm, while ARX 600 is used for medium size models
up to 600mm.

Features

Removal/Replacement of Rexcan III

-	When ARX 300/600 was mounted with Rexcan III, a fully automated 3D scanning system has been built up for 3D measurement tasks.

-	When Rexcan objects don’t fit ARX 300/600’s 3D scanning volume, Rexcan III can finish the job seperately.



Automated 3D measurement

-	Due to the fully automated process, the speed and repeatability of 3d scan results have been increased significantly, which means no data deviation anymore because of different users.

-	Previously saved 3D scan path can also be used for similar shaped objects.

ARX 300 can move the object from 3 axies rotations and 1 axis transition. its control function has been integrated in ezScan unter-control and view-synchonization mode. ARX 600 can move the object from 2 axies rotations and 1 axis transition, as well as moving Rexcan from 1 axis rotation and 1 axis transition. its control function has been integrated in ezScan unter-control and view-synchonization mode.
